I found Bear nearly froze to death 3/6/15 it was 6 degrees out. His fur was frozen from going through puddles from a thaw a few days before. The dog was malnourished, dehydrated and very ill. I washed him 3 times to get out all of the dirt. Then used a blow dryer to dry him, he acted like he was at the spa. I took him to his local Vet to scan for chip and to find out why he was so ill. He had every parasite with the exception of heart worm. I checked with the local animal shelter for a week straight to be sure no one had reported a Pomeranian missing. Bear is chipped now and goes everywhere with him.
