I don’t know if its the old Western movies or what but I definitely have the urge to challenge this guy to a draw and I’ve held a gun maybe twice in my life.

Open carry is legal in many states, no problem. Nobody will bother him. Won’t try to rob him, steal his car, etc. try it.
Here in Colorado this is legal in many areas, And that is one well worn rig. Don’t screw witrh him.
