This is really dangerous for not only the bird, but also the people around. There’s absolutely no reason to take your parrot to Walmart. There’s no reason to take your dog to Walmart. There’s no reason to take your iguana to Walmart. There’s no reason to take your raccoon to Walmart. There’s no reason to take your horse to Walmart. For some of these people, there’s no reason for them to take your children to Walmart.
It’s all selfish low-life scum that think they are more important than others around them or the welfare of the varmint they bring in.

No animal is permitted by health dept regulations where food is sold due to all the diseases and bacteria, especially in bird feces. These morons need to leave their animals at home. If they can’t bear to part with them then use the pickup service or delivery. It’s uncanny how selfish and self-centered people are these days. They only care about themselves and never think the rules apply to them.
Seems like Walmart has no interest in enforcing those legally required rules on their prime client base.
And this is why you don’t keep a bird on your shoulder.
