When you live your life by your own rules and don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do. I hope the splash back on that was worth it.

Being a flushless urinal, I don’t see how it could be out of order. My guess is that it was just installed, and they were waiting for the caulk to dry.
I don’t pee in urinals due to splashback.
Someone’s a little dehydrated.
He didn’t have to pee, he just did out of principal.
