Honestly I feel like there is an inside joke I’m not privy to with these mascot animal heads. I guess that’s how I know I’m getting older, something new is cool and I’m too lazy to even Google it.

I think this might be a play on trash panda.
Some people on the internet call raccoons trash pandas. What we have here is a woman with a panda mask on who is flashing her breasts. She’s a flash panda.
