Out here looking like one of those weird dolls parents have to spend $30 on because the kid gets to open up a surprise package and find out what’s inside…Disappointment in this box, but you get it.

First, I can’t tell if this is male or female. While everyone else is focused on the hair and the height, what is up with the right ankle? It looks like he/she/it has a prosthetic leg.

It’s one of those transvestites. It’s like 6’5 and is seen frequently shopping and/or working at various retail outlets in the area
