NORTON, Va. –
Three people are facing charges after a meth lab is discovered in a Walmart parking lot.
The meth lab was discovered in the city of Norton, Virginia after police were called about shoplifters.
According to the Norton Police Chief, it was discovered Friday night at the Walmart on Commonwealth Drive.
25-year-old Adam Pendergraft, 24-Jamie Lynn Delph and 20-year-old Lee Allen Breeding, Junior are all facing charges.
Pendergraft is charged with: manufacture of methamphetamine, conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, shoplifting of third of subsequent offense (felony) and credit card fraud. Police say more charges are pending in a different county. He’s in the Duffield Regional Jail without bond.
Delph is charged with: manufacture of methamphetamine, conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and credit card fraud. He’s in the Duffield Regional Jail without bond.
Breeding is charged with: manufacture of methamphetamine, conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and credit card fraud. He’s in the Duffield Regional Jail on an $8,000 bond.
