Since the assumption is that this pic was taken in a Walmart parking lot, and given what researchers are discovering about the cognitive abilities of birds, there’s a high probability that Big Blue there is smarter than the owner/operator of the truck.
I can narrow down the location to somewhere that has a Kwik Trip convenience store.
I’d rather have the bird shitting outside the vehicle than inside.
