We all joke about it a lot but would anyone actually be opposed to some sort of testing that you have to pass before you can have kids?

The baby was likely changed on the shoe-trying-on bench, and not in the bathroom. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this mom is one of the ones that is not discrete about breast feeding.
