I’m just assuming your tattoo artist stopped halfway through that tattoo, realized he was in the wrong line of work and quit the profession forever.

I don’t know if it’s some setting on the phone cam, but her body parts look way out of proportion to each other.
It looks more like someone tried to color that tat with a marker.
