Hey Canuckguy! I am in a charitable mood, so I will explain things once again.
The names, and other stuff is there. They are just invisible because the text color is white. This is likely due to POWM admin putting 1111 instead of 0000 for text color in a .css file. I think I know how to view them(.css files), but it’s a bit of a pain.
To view the text, Hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse to highlight the text; like what you would do if you were going to copy it.
