Isn’t that illegal?
I have a feeling those bobbleheads don’t bobble much, at least not due the vehicle going fast.
THAT would drive me stark, staring mad in about three minutes – tops. If it’s not illegal, it should be!
That’s makes the children more feel safe

I have seen this car at other sites near Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
