My first thought was this is Kenny from The Middle. But then I swear I can see the faintest outline of a bra, which would make it Nemesis material.
No worries about it being the coin star slot. However it looks big enough and with the red at the top and blue body, it could be mistaken for the Red Box machine DVD return slot.
