I know this car! This is on Oahu Hawai’i. It’s a rental car—I saw it around a few times in Mililani, and finally managed to talk to the couple driving it. Turns out a local company rents it to tourists as a cheaper way to drive around. (Hawai’i has some insane gas prices.)
