Myrtle Beach police jailed a 23-year-old man on charges of indecent exposure Saturday afternoon when witnesses say they saw him rubbing himself at Wal-Mart on Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach.
Jeremy Percival Bryant, 23, was allegedly observed by three Wal-Mart employees exposing himself and told an arresting officer he “had a problem with sticking his hands in his pants.”
According to a police report, Bryant was first seen in the women’s section of the store after a customer alerted an employee of a man “acting weird.” The employee said she saw Bryant walking between the aisles and rubbing himself, stopping to cover up and walk away until anyone approaching passed.
Bryant was allegedly seen again in the little girls section by a loss patrol officer who said the offender would duck down when an associate would walk by.
That security officer called for two partners who verified what the first had seen, and Bryant was detained until police officers arrived.
