I worked at Wal-Mart in the jewlery department. When the fitting room attendents are gone, all incoming calls are forwarded to us. As I answer the phone one day, I am greeted by a very angry customer. She informs me that she bought a fish and needs to return it. So I go through the entire spill about bringing the fish back and taking it to customer service to get a refund or exchange. Her response:”I have to bring the fish back in? But that means I have to take it out of the freezer.” This got me to wondering, was it a pet fish, or a fish she planned to serve for dinner? Sad answer. Pet.
