I just wanted to post this to watch a bunch of people fight each other online. Many of which will talk tough but then not actually do anything. Sort of how I assume this guy constantly plays out the scene in his head where he is challenges for his flags but when someone actually comes up to it he’d likely tuck and run adding another L to the Confederacy.

For the record, here’s Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution on the subject of treason:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
As with all the founding documents, “United States” is in the plural, signifying that the free and independent states are united in forming a compact with each other. Treason means levying war against the free and independent states, as the Lincoln regime did, not against the governent in Washington, D.C.
