Queensbury (WSYR-TV) – State Police have arrested a Walmart employee who they say was prostituting himself at a store in Eastern New York.
Police charged Foster Bills, 22, of Stony Creek, with prostitution, a misdemeanor, after their investigation revealed that he was accepting cash to perform sex acts in Walmart’s Quaker Road location in the town of Queensbury.
Bills was arrested after he received cash from an undercover police investigator.
He was issued an appearance ticket. Bills is scheduled to appear in court on April 29.
Police say no photo of the suspect is available.
